Soon to be on the Haskap Canada website will be a comprehensive nutritional analysis of Tundra. In addition to protein, fat, and carbohydrate compositions, this analysis also includes vitamins and minerals, as well as bioflavonoids, resveratrol, ORAC's, phenolics, and anthocyanins.
